Cat Found Bound With Throat Slashed In Canton Parking Lot

CANTON (CBS) – Police are investigating a disturbing discovery after a dead cat was found bound with its throat slashed in a Canton parking lot.

The cat was found in a parking lot on Arboretum Way early Saturday morning.

A detective has been assigned to review evidence along with the Canton Animal Control Officer.
