CANTON (CBS) – A Stoughton police officer has been cited in a deadly Canton crash that killed a 74-year-old man in February.

State Police say Sergeant Paul Williams was off-duty when he crossed over a lawn and hit Ralph Hawkins.

Sergeant Williams has been cited for misdemeanor motor vehicle homicide, negligent operation and a marked lanes violation.
