Firefighters Rescue Dog That Fell Through Ice In Hanover

HANOVER (CBS) - Firefighters rescued a dog that fell through ice at Forge Pond Park on Saturday afternoon.

The dog had been out in the park with family when it went onto the ice and fell through, fire officials said.

Firefighters responded to the park around 2 p.m.

It took firefighters 10 minutes to get the dog out of the water.

No injuries were reported, and the dog is now home safe with family.
