Kyrie Irving Exits Game After Elbow To Head

BOSTON (CBS) – Celtics guard Kyrie Irving is out for the remainder of Friday night's game after taking an elbow from teammate Aron Baynes.

Irving was hit in the face by the accidental elbow, and appeared to be bleeding from the nose.

He went back to the locker room, and before the end of the quarter the team announced that he will not return as he is evaluated for possible concussion symptoms.

The Celtics are playing the game without Al Horford, who is recovering from a concussion.
