Chandler says cars were honking trying to get the driver’s attention. It apparently caused a fender bender between two other cars. Witnesses say paramedics were still performing CPR as the woman in her 50’s was taken away in an ambulance.
First responders used an airbag-type device to lift the vehicle. State police also used a drone to take aerial photographs. According to investigators, the driver remained at the scene.MORE NEWS: Will Kids Have The Same COVID Vaccine Side Effects? Dr. Mallika Marshall Answers Your Questions
Shoppers say the parking lot is often crowded and difficult to maneuver. “It’s always busy and crazy and people often don’t look,” said Cindy North.
