Lady Gaga 'Honored' To Be First Woman To Headline Fenway Concert

BOSTON (CBS) – Fenway Park has been hosting concerts since 2003, but Friday night's event will be a first.

Lady Gaga is set to perform to a sold-out crowd – the only time in Fenway history that a woman has headlined a show.

Sheryl Crow, Paula Abdul and Bonnie Raitt have all taken the stage at Fenway, but they performed alongside male acts.

Gaga made note of the occasion on Twitter Friday, saying she's "so honored."

Saturday night's Lady Gaga concert at Fenway is also sold out.
