Eroding Sand Dune Swallows Car At Beachcomber In Wellfleet
WELLFLEET (CBS) – Heavy rains caused dune erosion that swallowed a car in the parking lot of a popular Wellfleet restaurant, but the restaurant says they're open for business.
Friday night's rains caused the massive hole near the Beachcomber.
Heavy equipment had to dig the car out of the large hole.
One employee told WBZ NewsRadio 1030 that fortunately no one was injured.
