CONCORD (CBS) – A man who allegedly fired off more than two dozen shots from a gun in downtown Concord, New Hampshire is being held on $10,000 bail before his arraignment.
Police say 33-year-old Timothy Dearborn of Concord “discharged approximately thirty rounds from a 9mm pistol,” around 11:40 p.m. Wednesday in the area of Low Avenue.

Officers found Dearborn a short time later and arrested him. He allegedly threatened to hurt the officers while he was being booked and processed overnight.

Dearborn is charged with reckless conduct, possession and unauthorized use of a firearm and criminal threatening.
