Pizza Delivery Driver Shot, Killed Outside Lynn Elementary School
LYNN (CBS) – A restaurant delivery driver was shot and killed on Bowler Street in Lynn Monday evening.
The 24-year-old Salem man was shot multiple times inside his car in front of the St. Pius Catholic elementary school.
The victim, who worked for Atha's Pizza in Lynn, has not been identified.
Neighbors say they are shocked. "This area is really quiet," said Donna Menkello. "I never hear of any trouble or anything like this. Especially this. This is terrible."
A friend of the victim said she heard the motive was road rage. "The girl that works at Atha's that I was text messaging told me that he got cut off," said Katherine Ruiz. "The person just took out a gun and shot him."
Police have not yet made any arrests.
