Vermont Teacher's Aide Charged With Sending Nude Photos To Student
HIGHGATE, Vermont (CBS) – Police arrested a Vermont teacher's aide and charged her with sending nude pictures to a young student.
Josie Spears, 33, was arrested on Monday and charged with lewd and lascivious conduct with a child.
Vermont State Police said the Highgate resident sent photos of herself to a young child through social media.
WCAX reports the boy who Spears allegedly sent the photos to is 10 years old.
Spears was arraigned and released on $5,000 bail. She pleaded not guilty.
