SUV Crashes Into Radio Station

WOONSOCKET, R.I. (CBS) - An SUV crashed into a radio station in Rhode Island early Wednesday morning.

The SUV, driven by 29-year-old Thomas Hill of Woonsocket, went through the wall and an office of WNRI-AM on Diamond Hill Road around 12:22 a.m.

Hill was charged with OUI and possession of narcotics.

Despite the chaos, WNRI's David Dean said the station was able to stay on the air.

No one inside the building was hurt.

Police said Hill was taken to Rhode Island Hospital with minor injuries.
