Suspect Broke Into Hingham Home, Sexually Assaulted Woman, Police Say

HINGHAM (CBS) -- Police have released a composite sketch of a suspect who allegedly broke into a woman's home and sexually assaulted her Thursday night in Hingham.

The suspect forced open a ground floor window to get inside the house, and then he proceeded to assault the woman, according to a police news release. She called police shortly after 9 p.m., but responding officers and a K-9 unit were unable to locate the man, who ran from the scene.

The suspect is described as a white man around 65 years old, with gray thinning hair, brown eyes and a thin build. Police say the victim does not know the suspect.
