Man Shot Dead In Dracut Sunday Morning

DRACUT (CBS) – An investigation is underway after a man was shot dead in Dracut Sunday morning.

A spokeswoman for Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan said that the 31-year-old was found shot at a Methuen Street home at about 5:30 a.m. He was taken to Lowell General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

The man's identity has not yet been released.

The shooting is also being investigated by local and state police. No arrests have been made.
