4-Month-Old Boy Found Unconscious In Chelsea Apartment Dies
CHELSEA (CBS) -- A four-month-old boy found unconscious Monday afternoon in a Chelsea apartment has died, investigators say.
A family member found the child unresponsive in their Washington Avenue apartment at about noon, according to a statement released by the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office.
He was rushed to Whidden Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
There were no obvious signs of trauma or foul play, but the incident remains under investigation by police. The Medical Examiner's office will conduct an autopsy to determine cause and manner of death.
