Phantom Gourmet: Mother's Day Brunch Spots

BOSTON (CBS) -- For outstanding and affordable brunch, Livia's Dish in Worcester stands out for their apple cinnamon pancakes and Nutella-stuffed French toast.

Bringing upscale breakfast eats to Brockton, JJ's Caffe serves creative Benedicts, red velvet pancakes, and creme brulee French toast.

At 5 South Main in Cohasset, you can get a lobster grilled cheese for lunch, and southern-style French toast with caramelized peaches and pecans for brunch.

But before we get to Mother's Day brunch, we have the Hot Dog Safari, which benefits the Joey Fund and Cystic Fibrosis Foundation on Saturday from noon to 4 p.m. next to Fenway Park. Tickets are available at the event, and kids 12 years old and younger can get in for free.
