Waltham Police Officer Rescues Ducklings From Storm Drain

WALTHAM (CBS) -- Eight ducklings were rescued by a Waltham Police officer early Friday morning after they fell into a storm drain.

Officer Ryan Foley responded to a call about the ducklings some time after midnight on Smith Street in Waltham, and was able to rescue them all and reunite them with their mother.

Earlier this week, 12 ducklings were rescued from a storm drain in Wilmington; Last week, eight were rescued from a storm drain in Lexington.
