The Mystic Station menu is filled with comfort food, like huge plates of golden beer-battered fish and chips and a towering turkey club.
“It’s really good,” says Nicole. “We roast our own turkey in house and then we hand carve it it’s layered with fresh avocado, bacon, lettuce and tomato and it’s on a nice thick cut multigrain bread which we butter and we grill so it’s toasty and warm.”
Mystic Station’s grilled Steak Tips are a top seller, and while they’re great on a plate, they’re even better as part of one of the best steak and cheese subs you’ll ever eat.READ MORE: Mendon Restaurant Staff Stunned By $4,000 Tip Left By Peloton Challenge Team
“We shave our steak in house out of our steak tip meat that’s lightly marinated,” says Bryan. “We load it up with cheese, and put it in a beautiful baguette, which I didn’t even know what a baguette was until my wife had to tell me. It’s the long stick bread!”
While Bryan might not know much about baguettes, he does know plenty about beer–so while Nicole works her magic back in the kitchen, he’s more comfortable behind the bar.
“I know good food, I love food, however, I may not know the exact terminology of the good food, so up here is definitely my my forte,” says Bryan. “I’d rather be out here in front of customers doing my thing and and making good drinks and hanging out and you know having that friendly atmosphere and making them part of my family.”MORE NEWS: Driver Struck And Killed By Commuter Rail Train At Wilmington Crossing
