Downed Tree Causes Green Line Delays

BOSTON (CBS) -- A large tree that fell on an overhead wire near the Chestnut Hill MBTA stop was causing delays on the Green Line Sunday morning.

Shuttle buses replaced trains in both directions between the Kenmore and Newton Highlands stops on the Green Line's D Line.

Shortly after noon, the MBTA said that regular service had resumed.
