HAVERHILL (CBS) — DEA agents and Haverhill Police have charged a man with trafficking heroin following his arrest Friday afternoon in a McDonald’s parking lot.
Agents from Portland, Maine, Boston, DEA Cross Border Initiative and local police detectives were involved in the arrest of 22-year-old Christopher Graciano-Fernandez around noon outside the fast food restaurant on River Street in Haverhill, according to the Haverhill Police Facebook page.READ MORE: 400 Million N95 Masks To Be Given Away By Federal Government Starting Next Week

Graciano-Fernandez was held without bail, and he is slated for arraignment Monday in Haverhill District Court.
