PORTSMOUTH, N.H. (CBS) – Two New Hampshire men have been arrested for a string of January car arsons and break-ins.
On Thursday, Portsmouth Police announced that Michael York, 24, and Adam Carlin, 23, have each been charged with four counts of criminal liability for conduct of another.

Several other similar cases were reported throughout the day.
York’s bail was set at $3,000 personal recognizance while Carlin’s was set at $2,500.
