Authorities Release Identity Of Woman Found Dead In Malden

MALDEN (AP) — Authorities have released the identity of a Malden woman who was found dead inside a Massachusetts apartment.

Police said Wednesday the death of 36-year-old Colleen Russell is being investigated as a homicide.

Russell was found at about 9 p.m. Monday after authorities responded to a well-being check at a Malden apartment.

Authorities say the incident does not appear to be random. The investigation is ongoing.
