Driver Dies After VFW Parkway Crash

WEST ROXBURY (CBS) -- A 54-year-old Roxbury man was killed and four passengers were injured in a single-vehicle crash on the VFW Parkway Tuesday afternoon.

Police say the Roxbury man was driving a Ford Escape when it crashed near Spring Street around 1:20 p.m.

State Police say he may have suffered a medical event that caused him to lose control of the vehicle.

The passengers who were injured are expected to survive.
