U.S. News and World Report released their 2016 Best Diet Rankings. A panel of health experts ranked 38 of the most popular diets based on short and long-term weight loss, nutrition, safety and how easy they are to follow.
For the 6th year in a row, the DASH diet, developed by the National Institutes of Health to help lower blood pressure, was crowned the "best overall diet".
Weight Watchers ranked #1 for weight loss for the 2nd year in a row.
And interestingly, the Fertility Diet which aims to boost ovulation and improve fertility, ranked #1 for people with diabetes.
