Wellesley Police Cite Driver For Windshield Full Of Snow

WELLESLEY (CBS) – Police cited a Wellesley driver who cleared only a minuscule amount of snow from their windshield before hitting the road.

Wellesley police posted a picture of the van's windshield, saying that the car was stopped on Linden Street Wednesday afternoon.

The Burlington Police Department offered a lighthearted Twitter response, asking if the van's driver was wearing x-ray glasses while behind the wheel.

The driver of the van was given a citation for failure to clear snow from the vehicle.

"Take the extra five minutes to make sure you can see before you drive," police posted.
