DERRY, New Hampshire (CBS) — A woman was arrested after police say she drove a truck into a house and deck on Fordway Street.

Lindsay Simon, 27, of Derry, was arrested for driving while intoxicated, operating with a suspended license, and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Police said she fled on foot after the accident, and refused treatment and transport while being evaluated at a nearby house.

Police said her truck struck a fence, traveled down an embankment, and struck a shed, deck, and home. The deck was knocked off its supports, while the house suffered structural damage. Neither Simon nor the two adults and young child in the home were injured.

Simon is being held on $1,500 cash bail, and is expected to be arraigned Thursday.
