Dominique Easley Reportedly Heading To IR

BOSTON (CBS) -- The New England Patriots are losing a disruptive part of their defensive line.

Te Patriots have placed defensive tackle Dominique Easley on injured reserve with a thigh injury. The defensive lineman left Sunday's win over the Texans in the fourth quarter and did not return.

Easley was having a solid second season with the Patriots, racking up 15 tackles and two sacks in 11 games.

New England's first-round pick in the 2014 NFL draft, Easley also landed on IR as a rookie with a knee injury.
