Reports: Rob Gronkowski Expected To Play Against Texans

HOUSTON (CBS) -- It's looking like New England Patriots star tight end Rob Gronkowski will return to action Sunday night against the Houston Texans.

The Boston Globe's Ben Volin reported Saturday night that Gronkowski is expected to play. ESPN's Dianna Marie Russini said Sunday that he "will play," but it's unclear how much he'll be a part of the game plan.

Gronkowski is officially listed as questionable on the injury report. He was carted off the field after suffering a knee injury against the Denver Broncos in Week 12.

Linebacker Dont'a Hightower and offensive guard Josh Kline have been ruled out for Sunday's game.

The Patriots are hoping to get back on track against the Texans after losing two in a row.
