'Hit List' Found At Seekonk High School

SEEKONK (CBS) – Police are investigating after a "hit list" was discovered at Seekonk High School.

The Seekonk Police Department said it identified all people involved in making a list that describes intent to "cause harm to others."

All families of students on the list were notified.

Police said the school district has taken action to ensure the safety of all students.

The Bristol District Attorney's office has also been involved in an advisory role, police said.

Seekonk Police said they cannot release the name of the student who made the list because of confidentiality requirements, and because it is an ongoing investigation.
