4 Seriously Injured In Early Morning Barnstable Crash

BARNSTABLE (CBS) – Two women were taken by Medflight and two people by ambulance following a two-car crash on Cape Cod.

The crash happened just after 3 a.m. Saturday on Route 28 at the intersection of Osterville and West Barnstable Road.

Three of the injured people were inside one car together. Two of them were taken by helicopter to an area hospital.

A fourth person, the driver of the second car, was taken by ambulance to Cape Cod Hospital.

Police do not yet know a cause of the crash, which is still under investigation.
