NightSide - Cincinnati Cop Charged With Murder
BOSTON (CBS) - Thanks to footage obtained from a body camera, a twenty-five year old University of Cincinnati police officer has been charged with the murder of forty-three year old Samuel Dubose after a routine traffic stop turned ugly. The officer, Ray Tensing, initially pulled Dubose over for a missing front license plate. City officials say they would not have been able to indict Tensing without the footage from his body camera.
