Norfolk Looks For Home For Abused Dog

NORFOLK (CBS) -- The town of Norfolk is looking for help to find a home for a special dog.

Charlie is a five-year-old Jack Russell mix who was at the center of a 2014 abuse investigation.

He was shown on a Snapchat video being hogtied with electrical tape, as his abusers struck him with objects and blew smoke in his face.

Three individuals were charged with animal abuse, and two have been resolved through the legal system. Now that the case is over, the town wants to find a permanent home for the pup.
