Bradley Bartlett-Roche is just 12 years old, but he's already an accomplished musician and composer.

He's one of the youngest street performers ever to be selected to officially play at Faneuil Hall Marketplace.

Ed Hurley, the director of marketing at Faneuil Hall, told WBZ-TV Bradley showed up for an audition when he was 11 and was "unbelievable."

"He attracts people of all ages and puts a smile on everyone's face," Hurley said.

Bradley has been playing piano since he could "sit up straight."

Last year, he taught himself how to play saxophone by watching videos on YouTube.

At age eleven, he cut his first CD.

He recently got called back for a second audition for Andrew Lloyd Webber's Broadway adaptation of the hit movie "School Of Rock."

His father refers to him as "an old soul" because of the type of music he likes: jazz and blues.

When we visited Bradley he played Chuck Berry, Billy Joel, and Jerry Lee Lewis, as well as his original compositions.

"I've always had a deep feeling for music all my life. It's always just been my passion, so I have the heart and soul to just do what I love," he told WBZ.
