Study: Eating Nuts Can Reduce Risk Of Death

BOSTON (CBS) - Just a half a handful of nuts could reduce your risk of death.

Dutch researchers found that 10 grams of nuts or peanuts a day was associated with a 23% lower risk of death from diseases like cancer, diabetes, respiratory illness, and neurodegenerative diseases.

There was no benefit seen with peanut butter.
