A new idea from the federal government might end up as popular as “new Coke.”

The U.S. Department of Agriculture warned Americans last year that s’mores were unhealthy, writing in a blog post:

“But there are some innovative ways to roast the little white treats that can help cut down on the amount of sugar intake by the kids, thus making bedtime a little more doable.”

Now the USDA has published it’s alternative recipe.

“This quick, easy, and mouth-watering recipe is a perfect afternoon snack for the early days of summer. Kids will love that they can make it themselves, and parents will love that it’s an inexpensive and healthy treat!”
