Six People Hit By Car Near Nauset Beach

ORLEANS (CBS) -- Six people were taken to the hospital after being hit by a car Sunday afternoon.

The women, all in their 20s, were crossing Beach Road near Nauset Beach when they were hit.

Three suffered serious injuries but are expected to recover.

The driver did stop and has been cited by police for negligent operation.
