Early Morning Therapy On Toucher & Rich

BOSTON (CBS) -  98.5 The Sports Hub's Toucher & Rich Show underwent some necessary therapy to start the show Thursday morning.

Fred started the show annoyed that they can't find more people like The Faster Guy, The Chili Guy or Mikey From The Back Bay Fens, first ballot street audio Hall of Famers.

"I don't know why we haven't found anyone in so long," said Fred.

"As I said, the less fishing you do the less fish you catch," Rich responded. "There was a point when [Adolfo] was out there after every game. We should go back to that."

Fred didn't like the response they got from their bit on Wednesday, and thinks it's time Adolfo gets back out there and finds the next superstar. This led into a discussion about Adolfo's responsibilities on the show, and how Rich always feels like he's the bad guy when he asks Adolfo to do stuff.

"Yeah, [Adolfo] doesn't like you," said Fred.

"It's because I make him work! I tell him to go do things!" Rich retorted. "Sometimes he comes back and he does things wrong and I have to correct him and he gets all pissy. You don't have to do that. You know what you are? When a family is separated and the mom is with the kid the whole time, you're the dad that just shows up and gives him candy on the weekend."

Well, by this time Adolfo got up from his call screening chair in the back studio and made his way into the main studio to give his side of the story.

"Why don't you like me?" Rich asked.

"Because you're kind of a jerk," said Adolfo.

Adolfo then gave examples of when Rich has gotten mad at him and never apologized. Rich seems to remember the specific incidents differently, but Adolfo insists Rich is too stubborn at times.

Adolfo and Rich voiced their differences with one another while Fred, Jon Wallach and producer Dan O'Brien mediated the therapy session.
