Gisele Bundchen Walks Runway For Final Time, Tom Brady Sits Front Row
SAO PAULO, Brazil (CBS) – Supermodel Gisele Bundchen strutted down the runway for the final time Wednesday night in Brazil, and her superstar husband was sitting front row.
New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady was in attendance at Sao Paulo Fashion Week as Gisele marched the catwalk one last time before her planned retirement from the runway.
The 34-year-old Bundchen said in a Facebook post that she is excited to work in other areas of the fashion industry after modeling on runways since she was 14 years old.
"Speechless," Bundschen posted after the show. "Thank you, thank you, thank you!"
Brady was photographed sitting front row at the event, and took to social media to congratulate his wife.
"Congratulations Love of my Life. You inspire me every day to be a better person. I am so proud of you and everything you have accomplished on the runway," Brady wrote.
"I have never met someone with more of a will to succeed and determination to overcome any obstacle in the way. You never cease to amaze me. Nobody loves life more than you and your beauty runs much deeper than what the eye can see. I can't wait to see what's next. I love you."
Brady ended his post the hashtag #GOAT, standing for "greatest of all time."
Bundchen and Brady are in the process of completing a large mansion in Brookline.
