North Andover Mom Charged With Hosting Teen Drinking Party Appears In Court

NORTH ANDOVER (CBS) – A North Andover woman appeared in court Tuesday to face charges related to an underage drinking party in her home where guests were reportedly charged an admission fee.

Patricia Frank was allegedly charging 5 dollars per person to get into the party at her Woodcrest Drive home Friday night.

A judge ordered Frank to  continue mental health treatment,  comply with social services, remain alcohol free, and have no contact with minors except her own children.

According to North Andover police, there were more than 50 underage party goers inside and outside the house, including Frank's two children.

She was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor, procuring alcohol for a person under 21, and keeping a disorderly house.

Frank's attorney said she is going through a divorce and her husband posted photos of the party out of spite.

Frank is being held on $1,000 bail.
