North Andover Woman Allegedly Charged Entrance Fee To Underage Party

NORTH ANDOVER (CBS) – A North Andover woman was arrested for allegedly hosting an underage drinking party where guests were charged an admission fee.

Police arrested 48-year-old Patricia Frank on Friday night and charged her with contributing to the delinquency of a minor, procuring alcohol for a person under 21, and keeping a disorderly house.

Officers responded Friday night to Woodcrest Drive after receiving a complaint about the party.

Frank was allegedly charging an undisclosed fee to get into the party, and providing alcohol to people who entered the home.

According to North Andover police, there were more than 50 underage party goers inside and outside the house, including Frank's two children.

Frank is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday in Lawrence District Court.
