According to police, Ryan Baker was arrested Sunday after one of his neighbors showed multiple cell phone video showing different times Baker was seen punching, kicking, dragging, and throwing the 1-year-old brown pit bull.

One of the neighbor's video captured Baker throwing Bullet the dog by its legs over a fence.

"Fifteen feet away from where I'm trying to raise my family is just disgusting. It won't be tolerated. It can't be tolerated," the man who recorded the video and gave it to police told WBZ-TV.

The dog does not live with Baker but visits on the weekends. According to police, Baker's girlfriend  -- who also does not live in the home -- was not aware of any physical abuse.

A physical evaluation found Bullet to be in good health. Medford Animal Control determined Bullet was safe with his owner.

"It was appalling to see what they did to that animal. No person, no animal should be treated that way," said Medford Police Lt. Paul Covino.

Baker was arraigned Tuesday and is currently being held on $1,000 bail.
