BOSTON (CBS) - The FCC voted this week to impose a new set of regulations on the Internet, protecting equal access for all who log on and surf the net. But Daniel Lyons, Law Professor at Boston College, believes that regulating how internet providers can influence speed and access is a mistake. Tune in to hear his thoughts on the new policy.
