Tow Truck Driver Killed On Mass Pike In Auburn
AUBURN (CBS) — A tow truck driver was struck and killed on the Mass Pike in Auburn Wednesday afternoon.
Massachusetts State Police responded to the area of Exit 10 on the eastbound side of the Mass Pike around 3:30 p.m.
According to police, the tow truck driver, who was assisting a disabled driver was struck and killed by a box truck that was being driven by a Taunton man.
The operator of the tow truck, 22-year-old Kevin St Pierre of Southbridge, was pronounced dead at the scene.
No charges have been filed.
