Massachusetts State Police said they responded to multiple spinouts, and a rollover crash on Interstate 95 south in Foxboro. At 10:30 a.m., police said Interstate 93 in Dorchester was nearly impassable, as was Route 9 near Route 128 in the Wellesley area.

Many flights were canceled at Logan Airport on Monday, but the airport said it would be ready for the Patriots to return from Arizona at night after their Super Bowl win.

On the Southeast Expressway, the HOV/Zipper Lane was closed for the morning commute.

All bus lines reported experiencing moderate delays Monday, the MBTA said.

Eight Commuter Rail lines were delayed 10 to 40 minutes on Monday, including the Framingham/Worcester, Needham, Franklin, Fairmount, Providence/Stoughton, Middleborough/Lakeville, Kingston/Plymouth and Greenbush lines.

MassDOT said Monday morning that they had about 3,088 pieces of equipment on the roads statewide.
