BOSTON (CBS) – The New York Jets are busy preparing for their home matchup with the New England Patriots on Sunday, but earlier this week quarterback Michael Vick found some time and donated Nike sneakers to the Boys and Girls Club of Harlem.
TMZ cameras caught up with Vick, and with Christmas drawing near the veteran signal caller revealed the best gift he ever received was a Nintendo he got from mom.
Vick later indicated he’s still an avid video game player, and his favorite one is Madden.
We all have our favorite teams (three randoms is the only way to play in my opinion, but that’s neither here nor there), and Vick told TMZ he rolls with Tom Brady “a lot” because “I like to play with a passer.”
Oh Jets, never change. Please never change.
You can listen to Patriots-Jets Sunday afternoon right here on 98.5 The Sports Hub with Bob Socci and Scott Zolak on the call. Pregame coverage begins at 10am with Gary Tanguay and Andy Gresh, and stay tuned afterwards for three hours of postgame reaction!
