Chandler Jones Participates In Patriots Walk-Through

BOSTON (CBS) -- Patriots defensive end Chandler Jones was back on the practice field Wednesday, participating in the team's walk-through as they prepare for Sunday's matchup with the Green Bay Packers.

Jones has been sidelined since Week 7 with a hip injury, and had not practiced until Wednesday's session, which was held in the Dana-Farber Field House. Jones was among the nine Patriots listed with "limited participation" on Wednesday's practice report.

It's still unclear (and very unlikely) if Jones will play in Sunday's game, but his return to the field is a good sign in his recovery.

Here is the full Patriots practice participation report from Wednesday:

Limited Participation
LS Danny Aiken (concussion)
OL Marcus Cannon (hip)
OL Dan Connolly (ankle)
DL Dominque Easley (knee)
DB Nate Ebner (finger)
OL Cameron Fleming (ankle/finger)
DE Chandler Jones (hip)
WR Brandon LaFell (shoulder)
RB Shane Vereen (ankle)

Full Participation
QB Tom Brady (ankle)
WR Julian Edelman (thigh)
