Good Samaritan Turns In 'Substantial Amount' Of Cash, Police Seek Owner

NORTH READING (CBS) – A Good Samaritan turned in a large amount of money that was found in a North Reading parking lot and police are hoping to help the owner of the cash track it down.

On November 6 police said someone found a "substantial amount of cash" in the Reading Gymnastics Academy on Concord Street in North Reading.

The cash was turned in to police by a Good Samaritan who found it.

Anyone that knows who the money belongs to is asked to call and describe their missing cash by contacting the North Reading Police Department at  (978) 664-3131.
