Rich Keefe's Fantasy Brief: Week 10 RB Start 'Em, Sit 'Em

BOSTON (CBS) - Week 10 is here, and on Thursday night -- as he does every weeknight throughout the season -- 98.5 The Sports Hub's Rich Keefe provided his expert fantasy advice in a segment he calls the Fantasy Brief.

Keefe has three running backs to start and two running backs to bench this weekend.

Start 'Em

Bobby Rainey vs. Atlanta

"There's no real sure thing with Doug Martin and if he's even gonna play at all. Charles Sims is supposed to make his debut this week, but I don't think he's going to get a ton of action. Maybe Mike James gets a couple of carries. As far as them actually using him, Bobby Rainey had a decent day last week. He had 19 carries against Cleveland for 87 yards. He's taking on the Atlanta Falcons, who have allowed 13 rushing touchdowns -- the most in the NFL. Tampa Bay struggled the first time they played Atlanta, but that was on Thursday night. I think they're really going to try and establish Rainey in this second meeting."

Ronnie Hillman @ Oakland

"The Patriots stuffed him pretty good last week, but this week the Broncos are playing the Raiders. I like Ronnie Hillman a lot at Oakland, even though Montee Ball might return to action. If anything I think that will be motivation for Hillman. You get the feeling that Peyton Manning will throw three touchdowns then they're going to want to run the ball."

Justin Forsett vs. Tennessee

"We don't usually do a third one but I like Forsett against Tennessee. Lorenzo Taliaferro might steal some touchdowns, but Forsett is the guy that gets the most carries and the Titans have been giving up a lot of yards. Tennessee stinks."

Sit 'Em

Andre Williams @ Seattle

Indianapolis Colts v New York Giants

"The rookie from Boston College has never really gotten anything going with the Giants, even with Rashad Jennings getting hurt and sort of paving the way for him. He's only averaging 3 yards per carry on the season. He did get in the endzone last week, but Seattle has been very good against the run and Seattle is at home. I don't like Andre Williams."

Anthony Dixon vs. Kansas City

"The last guy I don't like is Anthony Dixon. It looks like he should be the starter this week. Fred Jackson practiced, but it doesn't look like he's going to play. Kansas City has allowed a grand total of zero rushing touchdowns this year, so I don't think it's going to be happening with the Bills this week."
