NightSide - Supreme Court Says No To Voter ID

BOSTON (CBS) - The U.S. Supreme Court struck down the Wisconsin voter ID law, at least temporarily, pushing the deadline for a more permanent decision past the upcoming November election. Voter ID laws have been a point of contention for a number of years now, yet there is still no clear answer as to whether or not this type of law is constitutional. Critics say that voter ID laws disproportionally affect minorities and lower income voters, a sentiment backed up by a recent study analyzing 2012 voter turnout. But supporters say that requiring an ID to vote is a simple step that could reduce voter fraud and increase confidence in our democratic system. Where do you stand?
