BOSTON (CBS) – WBZ NewsRadio 1030’s Joe Mathieu sat down recently with Seth Moulton, the Democratic candidate in the 6th Congressional District race.

Moulton is facing Republican Richard Tisei in the November election. Moulton defeated longtime incumbent John Tierney in the Democratic primary.

The first-time political candidate talked about his candidacy and what makes him different from the departing Tierney

Moulton addressed the U.S. response to terrorist threats by ISIS in Iraq and Syria.

And he also explained why he wants to take on the challenge of fixing  a “broken” Congress.
