RAYNHAM (CBS) – A Taunton man was killed and two other people were injured in a two-car crash on Route 44 in Raynham Friday night.

Brian D. Spillane, 42, of Taunton, was driving west on Route 44 in a blue 1968 Mercury Coupe when he collided with a gray 2013 Hyundai Tucson SUV traveling eastbound, Raynham police reported.

Spillane was killed in the crash that happened near Narragansett Drive.

Two people in the SUV, Veronica King, 22 of Raynham, and Isiah Moore, 23, of Attleboro, were taken to Rhode Island Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, police said.

Raynham police and state police are investigating the crash. No further information was available on the accident.
